Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Each saree undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Within India

Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 Business Days
Remote Areas: 7–10 Business Days

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Packaging

Every Kapoor Fabs saree is packed with great care using secure, premium-quality packaging to protect the fabric, zari work, and craftsmanship during transit.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient's unavailability, the package may be returned or re-delivered with applicable charges.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are correct before placing your order. Kapoor Fabs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery:

Please do not accept the package if possible.
Take clear photos of the package.
Contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
