Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kapoor Fabs, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we deal in premium Banarasi sarees and ethnic wear, we request you to read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

After verifying your request, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance.
  • Customized or altered sarees.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID along with clear photos or an unboxing video.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
